What is a knowledge 'barn', in ordinary words?

It is the shed out back where this house keeps what it is willing to stand behind.

Not every note, draft, or late-night thought. Only what someone chose to write down, look at again, and approve. Like hay you would actually feed the animals — not the whole field.

When you ask in this room, the answer is supposed to come from that shed, not from the open internet and not from a guess. If the bale is not in there, the room should say the shed does not have it.

You do not have to tour the shelves. That is our job. You just ask. The barn is why the answer can be this house’s answer, and why an empty shelf is better than a made-up one. That's in our Knowledge 'Base' (barn)
