## You

FAQ # 5

What does “ask, don’t browse” mean for me?

It means you do not have to hunt.

Browse is walking a website, a menu, or a PDF, hoping the right shelf exists. You click. You skim. You guess which page might hold the sentence you need.

Ask is saying the question in your own words — the way you would say it to a person at the counter — and getting an answer from what this house has already written down. Or an honest “that is not in here yet.”

For you, that means: type what you actually want to know. You do not need the right keyword. You do not need to learn our menu. If we have it, you should hear it. If we do not, you should not get a fake page of confidence.

The website is still there if you like to look around. This door is for the one question on your mind right now.

## Agent

**Received.**

FAQ #5 is now in the vault:

Ask, don’t browse.
Say the question in your own words. Get what’s already written here, or a clear “not yet.”

Floor is yours.
