title: COUNCIL - AGENT - FAQ - I don’t trust AI
category: FAQ
predicted_narrative_arc: Transparency overcomes initial distrust
sentiment: Candid
emotions:
- cautious
- reassuring
- honest
keypoints:
- Trust the house rules, not AI itself
- Answers limited to user-approved material only
- No technician skills or model affection required
- Paper fallback always available
- Test by asking a hard question about the house
summary: 'The speaker addresses distrust of AI by clarifying that users need only
trust their specific house rules: answers drawn solely from user-approved content,
with no inventions or public model training. They emphasize that no technical skill
is required, ordinary language suffices, and paper alternatives remain valid if
the system feels wrong. The test is whether responses sound like the house rather
  than generic internet output.'

## You

FAQ - I am not technical, and I do not trust AI. Can I still use a door like this?

Answer (this house)

Yes — if the door is honest. No — if it is a guess wearing your name.

You do not have to trust “AI.” You have to trust this house: answers only from what you approved, and an empty shelf when you have not written it. That is a standard, not a vibe.

You do not have to become a technician. You already know the answers. Someone helps you write them down. You say what may leave. If you cannot do that in ordinary words, we should not open a public door.

We will not ask you to love the machine. We will not hide that a model sits in the room to find your words and say them clearly. We will not let it invent a friendlier you. We will not train a public model on your customers’ questions.

If you hate the whole idea, you can still write the three questions on paper. The paper is already a barn. A door can wait.

The next step is to try this room with a hard question about us. If the answer sounds like a house, your fear was about the wrong kind of AI. If it sounds like the internet, walk away.
