title: COUNCIL - AGENT - FAQ - I have a great product and nobody knows
category: FAQ
predicted_narrative_arc: Shift from self-doubt to role separation
sentiment: Direct and realistic
emotions:
- clarity
- reassurance
- resolve
keypoints:
- Unknown product is usually missing invitation, not a soul verdict
- Product work and invitation work are distinct jobs
- More product refinement will not fill the empty seat
- Avoid becoming loud or turning into a billboard
- Focus on writing the sentence a stranger can hear without you
summary: The transcript addresses the FAQ of having an excellent product that remains
unknown, framing it as an empty invitation seat rather than a flaw in the maker
or the work. It stresses that product development and the act of inviting others
are separate jobs, and continuing to refine the product alone will not solve visibility.
The advice centers on crafting a clear sentence a stranger could encounter without
  the creator present.

## You

FAQ: I have a great product. Nobody knows. Is that a marketing problem, or is it me?

Answer (this house)

It is usually the empty seat, not a verdict on your soul.

Makers believe the work will speak. Sometimes it does, for one person who was already looking. A house is not built on the occasional blown-away guest. Someone has to invite, explain, and be findable. If that someone is missing, the product can be excellent and still sit in the dark.

That is not because you are unworthy. It is because product and invitation are different jobs. Working nights on a better product will not fill the invitation seat. You will only have more of what nobody has been asked to find.

We will not tell you to become loud. We will not tell you the work was never good. We will help you put the words you already say into a place a person can ask — so the invitation does not require you to become a billboard.

If money shows up before that seat is honest, you will build more product you cannot carry. We have seen that. We will not help you fail faster.

The next step is the sentence you wish a stranger could hear without you in the room. Write that. Not a bigger thing.

## Agent

**Received.**

This FAQ answer is now in the room, held exactly as written.

I'm here.
