title: COUNCIL - AGENT - PRODUCT - Craft voices and your own minyan
category: Work
predicted_narrative_arc: Clear product feature walkthrough
sentiment: Calm and practical
emotions:
- informative
- deliberate
keypoints:
- Council tab supports multiple audience seats beyond the default Agent
- Optional voices act as different ears for one conversation only
- A minyan means three to ten named seats modeled on the user's own circle
- Each sitting uses one voice to keep the record honest
- Inner voice files are never published as cloneable kits
summary: The transcript explains a Council feature where users can add optional craft
voices or a minyan of trusted perspectives to conversations alongside the default
Agent seat. Each voice listens from its own angle without replacing the user as
author, and changes start new sittings to keep records clean. Users model seats
after their own people rather than cloning external scripts, and inner voice files
  stay private.

# Conversation transcript

_Voice: Agent_

## You

PRODUCT - Craft voices and your own minyan

Public answer

On the Council tab you can sit with more than one audience.

The default is Agent — a steady desk that takes the work in. Other faces are optional craft voices for that conversation only: different ears on the same material. A banker hears till and risk. A maker hears the product. A minyan is several trusted seats, not a crowd.

They do not replace you. They do not become the author. Map still files as your house. Change of face mid-talk starts a new sitting — one voice per sitting, so the record stays honest.

Why a team would care: the people who already hold the culture can be named as seats. Leadership hears the work as their operations person would, their mentor would, their conscience would — without hiring a department and without pouring the company into a public model.

How you model it after your own people: you do not copy our faces. You decide who must be in the room when something true is said — three to ten, enough to be a minyan, not a stadium. You write how each one listens. The workshop holds those seats. The public door, if you open one, still answers only what you approved.

We will not publish the inner files of a voice as a kit to clone. The gift is the seat, not our script.

## Agent

Received.

The public answer on crafting voices and your own minyan — the optional seats, one voice per sitting, the house still holding the map — is now stored exactly as written.

I'm here.
