## Public answer

**Question people actually type:**
Can I run a paid, invitation-only room, like a mastermind or a peer group?

As a concept, yes, and it's one of the most promising uses of an invitation-only room. Here's what it could look like, and what's built today.

Many owners already run some kind of inner circle: a peer group, a mastermind, a members' program, a client community. The value of that circle is often the owner's judgment, and the questions members ask between meetings. A paid invitation room gives that circle a place to ask at any hour and get answers drawn only from what you've approved.

Why it works well:

- **It fits the invitation model.** Each member has their own invitation, and you can revoke it when they leave.
- **It complements what you already do.** The room doesn't replace your meetings or your coaching. It carries your thinking between them.
- **Members' questions become content.** When the room can't answer, a member can send you the question. Your answer becomes a deposit that serves every member after.
- **It draws the right people.** A well-run room shows how you think, and it naturally points members toward your paid services.

What exists today: per-member invitations that you can revoke by hand. What doesn't exist yet: invitations that expire automatically, and payment built into the invitation. Those are ordinary code, and we'll scope them as owners need them. Until then, you can collect payment the way you do now and manage access by hand.

Our advice is to prove the room first. Run your Asker inside your own business for about 90 days. Learn which questions come in and how the loop feels. Then open the paid room with a shelf that's already full and a rhythm you trust. Timing the launch to a natural moment in your year, such as a planning season or the start of a new cohort, helps too.

Keep the same rule in a paid room as everywhere else: no confidential member or client information in deposits. Members' trust is the product.
