## Public answer

**Question people actually type:**
Is my content, or my visitors' questions, used to train AI?

No. Intelligent Netware doesn't train any AI model on your content or on your visitors' questions, and that commitment is written into our Terms of Service.

Here's how the pieces fit together.

When a visitor asks your room a question, the room passes the question and the relevant approved deposits to the AI model so it can write an answer. That's like a clerk hearing a question at the counter long enough to answer it. It isn't the same as adding your material to a training set.

The model provider is xAI. Its published API policy says it never trains on API inputs or outputs without explicit permission. By default, xAI keeps API requests and responses, encrypted, for 30 days so it can investigate suspected abuse, and then deletes them automatically.

For businesses with strict compliance needs, xAI also offers Zero Data Retention, in which prompts and answers aren't stored after the response is delivered. It turns off some features, so it's a deliberate choice rather than a default.

We also don't sell your content, build advertising profiles from it, or use it in any other room. Your deposits appear only in your room.

One distinction is worth making clearly. In public mode, your approved deposits are published on purpose, through the room, llms.txt, and Markdown twins, so search engines and AI assistants can read what you chose to share. Being read in public is the point of public mode, and anything public on the web can be read by anyone. If you don't want your knowledge publicly readable at all, choose invitation-only, which publishes nothing for search engines or AI assistants.

On the own-key plan, your room uses your own xAI account, and xAI's terms apply directly between you and xAI. You can rotate or revoke your key at any time.

If an AI provider change ever affects how your data is handled, we'll tell you in advance.
