## Public answer

**Question people actually type:**
What should I never deposit? Is client information safe?

The simplest rule: never deposit confidential information about your clients, or about anyone else you owe confidentiality. That rule is in our Terms of Service, and it's the most important habit you'll build.

Client information can get into a room in only two ways: you put it there, or an AI assistant added it to a draft and you missed it in review. That's why every change waits for your approval. The approval step is your last check, and it works only if you read what you approve.

Keep these out of your deposits:

- Client names, unless the client has agreed in writing to be named.
- Financial figures, deal terms, or details that could identify a client's business.
- Anything shared with you in confidence, including what's said in board meetings, advisory sessions, or peer groups.
- Personal information: health, family, legal matters, contact details.
- Anything covered by a confidentiality agreement or a professional duty.

What you can deposit is the part that's truly yours: your principles, your process, the patterns you see across many clients, and stories told so that no one could be identified. "An owner I worked with hit a cash crunch after a big hire" teaches the lesson. Names, numbers, and specifics aren't needed.

**Watch recordings closely.** A recorded meeting is a natural source of deposits, and also where client details slip in. Remove other people's words and any identifying details before you approve.

**Review AI drafts carefully.** An assistant may fill in a "helpful" example from elsewhere in your files. Read every draft as if a client were reading over your shoulder.

**Fix slips fast.** If something gets through, email your agent to take it down, or remove it in Compa and sync. In public mode, remember that a published page may have been read before you removed it, which is one more reason to review before approving, and one reason some owners choose invitation-only.

Confidentiality runs both ways. Intelligent Netware keeps your content, your visitors' questions, and your business information confidential too.
